The Innovation Project Managers, research team, and many other stakeholders at Borealis are working together to make those innovations a reality. We are now looking for you to join the team to lead various Innovation Projects in the Polyolefin, Hydrocarbons or Catalyst areas, as well as in the strategically important field of Circular Economy.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a people-oriented individual with technical background in a field related to Borealis’ business, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science/Engineering or similar.
If you have prior experience as a project manager and already possess a PMI certification, it would be a bonus. However, as a commercial focus is crucial for this role, we are also eager to meet you, if your professional experience stems from a commercial / customer-centric role in Sales, Marketing or Innovation Management. You should be interested in obtaining a PMI certification with our support.
Your success in this role will largely depend on your ability to handle a variety of topics and to guide and lead people towards a common goal. You are excellent in communication, presentations, have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, and good facilitation and coaching skills. You will be working in an international and diverse team and environment where good teamwork and cooperation are key factors in your work.

LOCATION: At one of our Innovation Centers in Austria, Linz / Finland, Porvoo / Sweden, Stenungsund or also in Belgium, Beringen.
HOURS: Full-Time
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent
