We are seeking an Innovation Project Specialist to support e-Commerce logistics and innovation that drive efficiency and productivity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for process improvement, technology implementation, and logistics operations. The Innovation Project Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and support the execution of automation solutions.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for process improvement, technology implementation, and logistics operations. The Innovation Project Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and support the execution of automation solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist and coordinate multiple e-Commerce logistics innovation and related projects from inception to completion
  • Translate the operational and project requirements into the logistics processes needed for the e-Commerce operation, innovation and related teams
  • Analyze project performance data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee communications with multiple stakeholders to collect valuable feedback/insights
  • Assist implementation of automation solutions, including robotics, productivity initiatives, and warehouse management systems
  • Communicate project progress succinctly and clearly to leadership

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Logistics, warehouse & 3PL operations within the logistics industry preferred
  • Previous experience with e-Commerce logistics is a plus
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS).
  • Previous experience for Final mile management system is a plus
  • Data & Analysis: Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend tracking, and report creation.
  • Organization: Excellent attention to detail, project planning, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Reliability: Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 %
