As the Team Lead you will work closely with the Customer Services Manager to deliver: Ensure the team achieve set and allocated targets. Be hands-on with booking surgeries, answering the telephone and all other duties. Ensure all insurance pre-authorisations are in place prior to surgeries. Ensure all theatre lists are managed effectively including order of patient lists and staggering of admission times.
Ensure all patients are provided with full details for their surgery, including written quotation if required. Assist with setting up and running any third-party contracts i.e. NHS Waiting Lists
