The Inpatient Clinican therapist will provide daily counseling along with best-in-class treatment planning and care coordination under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process. Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional. Qualifications Education: Master's in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field is required LCSW, LPC, or LMHC provisionally license is preferred Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred. Previous experience in an acute in-patient behavioral health hospital a plus Experience developing and administering treatment plans Individual and group counseling techniques Exceptional communication skills
