Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacy Operations, Senior Manager Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) Salary: $231,000 - $268,000 Overview We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Senior Manager to lead pharmacy operations within a large acute care hospital environment. This role will oversee inpatient pharmacy teams, drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with hospital leadership to improve patient care and pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities Lead daily inpatient pharmacy operations in a 24/7 hospital setting Manage and develop pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, interns, and supervisory staff Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership to improve clinical workflows Support medication management, quality initiatives, and operational performance Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements Manage operational and project budgets Oversee implementation of pharmacy programs, policies, and process improvements Support hospital growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent Active Washington Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain before hire) National Provider Identifier (NPI) 5+ years of experience as a Pharmacist in an acute care hospital setting 3+ years of leadership experience with direct reports 2+ years of operational or project budget management experience Experience managing inpatient pharmacy operations Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
