Description
The Inpatient Pharmacy Supervisor will join the pharmacy leadership team at Regions Hospital to provide general leadership and direction for all day-to-day central pharmacy dispensing activities. This will include coordinating workflow, maintenance of electronic dispensing systems, management of drug shortages, scheduling staff, assistance with selection and onboarding of new pharmacists, assistance with annual competency and evaluation process, and general direction of pharmacy staff for the accomplishment of department goals. This individual will work under the direction and/or supervision of the pharmacy managers to assist in the provision of effective, appropriate and safe pharmacy distribution services, customer services and related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited university. Three years of health system pharmacy experience. Licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Minnesota. Preferred Qualifications: Clinical and supervisory experience. Certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties. Additional Information: This is a union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $131,310.40-$203,528 annually ($63.13-$97.85 per hour), based on years of experience. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
