About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Physiotherapist, who possesses exceptional leadership skills to join the Rehabilitation, Aged and Community Services (RACS) team as the Inpatient Physiotherapy Manager. As the Inpatient Physiotherapy Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and achieving efficient and effective patient centred services, staffing and resource management. You will lead, manage and provide guidance to the Physiotherapy team, and also contributing regular input into and form and integral part of the RACS leadership team. You will oversee the professional development and supervision of staff within the team as well as promote participation in quality improvement and research initiatives. This is a full-time leadership position and would be an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Clinician to expand and explore their passion for health service management.
