Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate. Provide nursing advice and emotional support. Be an effective team member or team leader Patient and Family Education Collaborate with physicians, family and patients to provide optimal care Train new nurses. Nurse Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as an acute care RN. Ability to think and act critically Ability to work 12-hour shifts. Patience with difficult patients. Compassion for all patients and family members Attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self starter and CAN DO attitude a MUST.
