As PMC’s Inpatient Social Worker, your focus will be on the 3Cs; Care, Community and Compliance. Care: Provide social service functions in the behavioral healthcare setting, including assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management to patients and families. Community: Educate patients and families on signs and symptoms of illness to prevent re-hospitalization and improve disease management skills. Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. Compliance: Develop and coordinate therapeutic program services on the behavioral health program unit. Requirements A Master’s degree in social work from an accredited graduate school of social work or a master’s degree in other counseling related fields required Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state of practice; may include LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc. required
