ABOUT US Keystone is a non-profit organization proudly serving the Rock Hill, South Carolina community. As an organization in accredited and licensed services, we provide comprehensive education, prevention, and treatment programs designed to empower individuals and families facing alcohol and drug related challenges. We are seeking two dedicated part‑time Inpatient Technicians to join our mission‑driven team. Each position is 16 hours per week, with one shift scheduled from 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and the other from 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. These roles play an essential part in supporting our patients and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintains observation of patients and reports findings to the nurse in charge, including accurately checking and charting vital signs and encouraging patient participation in family activities. 2. Serves as a liaison for outside groups coming into the facility to hold meetings. (AA/NA). 3. Strict emphasis on maintenance of environmental safety and hygiene including continuous housekeeping chores. 4. Professional and courteous telephone etiquette and communications with patients, co-workers and visitors. 5. Adheres to the duties assigned as required by the current billing procedures. 7. Attend all mandatory training/licensure and receive an annual TB screening. 8. Obtain and remain current with (SAS) Substance Abuse Specialist certification by obtaining 20 hours relevant training for re-certification bi-annually. 11. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Demonstrates effective basic written and verbal communication skills. 2. Possesses foundational knowledge of alcohol and drug use. 3. Works collaboratively with colleagues, patients, and visitors. 4. Maintains sufficient physical strength to perform the manual tasks required for the position.
