Join us in coloring a safe and sustainable future! Job Description We are seeking an Inplant Ink Room Supervisor to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining INX's on-site ink room. As an Inplant Ink Supervisor you will be responsible for: Maintaining daily communication and direction to inplant employees Acting as INX 5S Leader Maintaining training program Attending customer technical meetings Scheduling vacations and coverage, including sick time Maintaining KPI's Helping oversee/direct color matching, inventory, ink manufacturing and housekeeping Qualifications To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent Have 3 to 5 years in lab and ink manufacturing environment Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills Have excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
