Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls.
• Develop qualified leads.
• Work with teams to deliver client solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SignalHire to find and verify direct phone numbers and emails.
• Make 80 to 100 outbound cold calls daily to reach target prospects.
• Send tailored follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages to increase response rates.
• Book qualified meetings and hand them over to the senior sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Female candidates are preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in cold calling and outbound inside sales.
• Excellent English communication skills with a highly professional phone presence.
• Strong resilience, positive attitude, and ability to handle daily rejection.
• Self-motivated to hit daily call volumes and list-building targets.
• Candidate on spouse visa are preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
