You are passionate about delivering a strong prospect experience through clear communication, structured discovery, and well-prepared conversations. You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or similar commercial roles. Proven experience executing structured outbound and inbound qualification processes. Strong ability to conduct virtual discovery and qualification calls with prospects. Proficiency using HubSpot for pipeline management and CRM hygiene. Experience leveraging Power BI or similar tools for reporting and performance tracking. Experience supporting proposal development and early-stage sales documentation. Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Disciplined approach to CRM data accuracy and opportunity progression. Advanced English proficiency is required. HubSpot Sales Software Certification is preferred. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Drive qualified pipeline through consistent digital outreach, high-volume outreach, and structured cadences. Own early-stage qualification by running discovery calls and validating technical fit, urgency, and alignment with client needs. Maintain 100% daily accuracy in HubSpot, documenting all activities, stages, and next steps to ensure reliable forecasting. Work closely with Solutions Architecture for technical alignment and Sales Ops for pipeline insights and forecasting. Deliver remote capability presentations and prepare standardized proposals with internal support. Ensure smooth and well-prepared handoffs to the US Sales Account Executives, enhancing the overall prospect experience. Accelerate deal velocity at the top of the funnel and provide hygiene-driven data to improve margins and predictability.
