Responsibilities
  • Drive Profitable Sales Growth: Retain and expand business with current Grand & Toy customers while actively acquiring new accounts through outbound calling and targeted outreach.
  • Expand Market Share: Use the Grand & Toy selling approach to identify opportunities, penetrate additional client locations or business units, and grow your book of business.
  • Engage & Influence: Connect confidently with decision-makers, including C-level executives, through regular video calls, presentations, and compelling conversations.
  • Support Marketing Initiatives: Champion marketing campaigns within your customer base and follow-up on marketing-qualified leads to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Plan & Prioritize: Research, plan, and prioritize both new and existing prospects to establish interest, assess opportunities, and successfully persuade them to choose Grand & Toy.
