Account Management & Growth Manage a portfolio of enterprise commercial accounts, ensuring retention and expansion opportunities. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Initiate outbound engagement with enterprise customers to introduce solutions, uncover needs, and position value propositions. Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to customer business objectives and industry challenges. Contribute to pipeline development and ensure timely progression of deals through the sales cycle. Partner with internal teams (marketing, technical specialists, customer success) to deliver seamless solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.
