First experience aiding in solution-based sales
Solid knowledge of the scope of Lenovo’s products and services
High proficiency in executive level written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a technology field or IT Industry is highly preferred; proven successful sales experience and contracts knowledge
Previous experience with Dynamics 365, combined with strong Microsoft application skills
Should learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
Should maintain an understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools and use them appropriately
Can differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales opportunities

Provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone and email
Work closely with Key Account and Hybrid Account Manager in the ongoing development of opportunities and management of existing accounts.
Assist Key Account Manager and Hybrid Account Manager with customer requests and ongoing communication touchpoints that drive Customer Experience (CX)
Act as the PC specialist by working directly with the customer for configurations to ensure meeting needs of customer along with updates on status
Pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecast and opportunity management for customer tracking and identifying
Strong communication skills and ability to influence customer decisions to close business
Leverages technical sales team for complex configurations
Works collaboratively with Account Managers for development of value proposition and solution roadmap
