POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven and customer focused Inside Account Manager to play a key role in driving revenue growth while building strong, long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities. The successful candidate will manage both inbound and outbound sales activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience through responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, ideally in telecommunications or technology.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency with sales strategies, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking to succeed in diverse sales scenarios.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms to manage pipelines and customer interactions.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and video meetings to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain customer relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and process orders to ensure a reliable and positive client experience.
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism by actively listening and delivering effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activities, and provide regular progress reports.
