Responsibilities Role: Sales Development Representative Focus: Self-sourced lead generation, marketing lead qualification Goal: Create new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline for DES solutions at Keysight Review Cycle: Monthly Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls) Qualify partial marketing leads based on ICP Schedule discovery meetings with relevant stakeholders Maintain CRM hygiene and timely updates Performance Metrics Metric Target Self-sourced SQLs 20–30/month Qualified marketing leads 30–40/month Discovery meetings scheduled 8–12/month Outreach activity 60–80 touches/day New business opportunities 4–6/month CRM updates & lead response Upto 48 hrs Support & Tools CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach tools Regular enablement on DES solutions, ICP, and objection handling This Role is Work from Office for all work days. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree/ BBA/MBA or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Min. 6 -8 years of Industry experience is required. Strong phone and email etiquette. Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers. Self-motivated and results oriented. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
