Our company is launching the 2025 sales internship program for people from all education backgrounds to join our Sales team.
We seek individuals with prior B2B sales experience interested in software sales. While prior software sales experience is not required, B2B experience is essential.
This six-month internship program provides structured learning to develop the skills necessary for an outbound sales role within the software industry. Successful completion of the program will lead to a full-time employment offer.
We value our sales team members as more than just salespeople; they are instrumental in introducing Stratum to small businesses that may be unaware of its capabilities or their own needs. You will educate prospects, demonstrate effective techniques, and highlight how Stratum enhances workplace efficiency.

What is Stratum?
Stratum is a hosted or on-prem TMS management system used by truck companies to manage customers, suppliers, fleet and employee data and files. Our mission is to make Transport management more efficient, and to delight employees with a fresh, simple interface to their workplace.
You will apply VALUE and NEED and build sales scripts that you will use in your videos.
The simple point is that there are various routes into software sales and this is exactly that, an alternative route into the sector.
So if your a road warrior and want to get out there and meet the clients, or you prefer to do your sales from a remote setting, we would love to hear from you.
What matters is that you would like to get into Software.
Compensation:
Our compensation package comprises a base salary plus a generous, uncapped sales incentive plan, allowing for significant earning potential based on performance.
