POSITION SUMMARY

As an Inside Brand Ambassador, you will play a critical role in growing our business by representing and promoting our family of brands to both existing and prospective customers. You’ll engage through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, utilizing our CRM and internal database to manage your sales pipeline and drive results.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering polished presentations, and exceeding sales goals through a consultative and energetic approach.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Consistently maintains an upbeat, positive, and professional attitude.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry.
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree.
  • CRM and HubSpot experience.
  • Experience in the custom decoration industry.
Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and virtual presentations to influence and grow customer accounts.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities through various prospecting methods.
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business by nurturing existing accounts and reactivating dormant ones.
  • Prepare strategically for outreach with targeted messaging and a clear sales objective.
  • Use persuasive communication skills to present brand offerings, promotions, and product knowledge.
  • Log all sales activities, communications, and customer insights in HubSpot (CRM).
  • Cross-sell across brands to maximize order values.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across all L2 Brands.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect our brand values and standards.
  • Create and share social media content to support brand awareness and engagement.
  • Attend trade shows and customer visits as needed to support sales growth.
  • Participate in other initiatives and projects as assigned by your manager.
