About the Role: The Inside Channel Account Manager - Graduate will gain hands-on experience supporting the CrowdStrike Channel team in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue through CrowdStrike's partner ecosystem across the APJ region, with a particular focus on Japanese market initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-orientated individual with strong communication and organisational skills, native or business-level Japanese language capabilities, and a keen interest in sales and technology. What You’ll Do: Distribution Operations Support: Be the point of contact to work with Distributors to coordinate with internal operations team on invoicing and related operational matters. Communication & Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for assigned distributors, ensuring timely and effective communication on all relevant matters. Coordinate with internal teams to support distribution needs. Project Assistance: Support the Channel Management team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed. Onboarding New Partners: Assist in the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to be successful. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Channels & Sales, to ensure alignment on channel initiatives. Learning & Development: Actively participate in learning opportunities to develop a strong understanding of CrowdStrike's solutions, channel strategy, and the cybersecurity landscape. Provide Japanese language support: for partner communications and initiatives, bridging communication between APJ teams, with particular focus on Japanese market requirements Support localisation efforts for partner materials and communications What You'll Need: Native or business-level Japanese language skills (speaking, reading, and writing) 2026 or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Technology Management, or related field (within the last 2 years) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Doc, Excel/Sheets, PPoint/Slides are key tools for this role) Resourceful, proactive, ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritise work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
