To accommodate our rapid growth, Five9 is seeking an Inside Channel sales manager to help expand our industry-leading partner ecosystem. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A demonstrated ability to establish, maintain, and grow business relationships successfully, with an emphasis on sales and partner processes.
  • High-caliber cold calling and lead generation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving corporate quotas and goals
  • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
  • Demonstrated curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative
  • Professional business acumen, strong communication skills, strong presence, and confidence
  • Highly team-oriented – must be able to accept and contribute new ideas
  • Excellent time management with the ability to multitask, prioritize, etc.
  • Industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and training to sell Five9 successfully
  • Work closely with Regional Channel Managers and the TSB Team to enhance the partner experience and drive sales initiatives
  • Meeting quota of qualified sales opportunities for Five9’s US Sales Teams
  • Make outbound calls each day, with additional touch points by e-mail
  • Proactively and promptly assist with processing all partner leads
  • Effectively articulate the Five9 value proposition by phone and e-mail
  • Facilitate post-event engagement and campaign follow-through
