JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical sales skills, a high mechanical aptitude and a passion for customer service, enabling them to build lasting relationships with clients while contributing to our business development efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or mechanical sales environment.
• Experience in Hydraulics or hydraulic hose & tubing fabrication considered a high value asset.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with business development practices and techniques is a plus.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
• Willingness to be trained in specific equipment service & repair.
• Forklift training an asset

• Engage with prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Fabricate hydraulic & industrial hose assemblies
• Perform light mechanical duties as required on components and industry related equipment.
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Day-to-day, over the counter sales transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Assist in inventory management
• Warehouse duties as required ( shipping, receiving, stowing stock and filling customer orders)
