INSIDE/OUTSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

We are seeking an Inside/Outside Sales Specialist to join our Ontario team. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong customer relationships, and has a passion for the construction and building materials industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in building materials sales or related industry (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction products, particularly drywall, acoustical ceilings, metal framing, insulation and interior building products & solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Proficiency in order entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for outside sales visits as needed.

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes and pricing for clients.
• Manage order entry and ensure smooth processing through to delivery.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all interior building materials, including acoustical ceilings and related products.
• Oversee product management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
• Execute inventory control procedures and assist with product ordering.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored interior building solutions.
• Support both inside and outside sales functions to drive revenue growth and maintain customer satisfaction.
