We are currently seeking experienced Inside and Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing Kasa Alberta team in Edmonton and Calgary.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience in Waterworks, Plumbing, or HVAC sales
Strong industry knowledge and B2B sales experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (for Outside Sales roles)

Develop and maintain relationships with underground contractors and industry professionals
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
Manage accounts, generate quotes, and close deals
Ability to take off quantities from Waterworks drawings
Represent the company professionally in the field and support internal sales processes
