JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Inside Agriculture Parts Specialist to join our team at Can-Seed Equipment Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their agricultural parts needs, sourcing materials, providing excellent service, and managing inventory. You will work closely with our sales teams, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of mechanical knowledge and practical skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying needs and possess a strong understanding of agricultural practices.

• Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding agricultural parts
• Accurately process orders, parts requests, and returns using our CRM system
• Assist in identifying parts for agricultural machinery
• Ensure proper stock levels of parts inventory
• Work with suppliers to obtain and order parts as needed
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Reach out to prospective customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge related to agriculture parts and machinery.
