• Serve as the go-to product expert for Palmiq’s IT solutions: serve as the primary internal product expert on a portfolio of IT solutions from Palmiq’s vendor partners (cloud solutions, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver exceptional value.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and solutions to provide informed insights.
• Manage client accounts, monitor progress, and ensure customer satisfaction.
