Key Responsibilities: - Engage with existing customers to identify their promotional product needs and offer additional products and marketing materials to support their business objectives - Manage and update customer product selections within their custom B2B webstore - Host Zoom meetings to present product options, marketing ideas, - Create compelling sales presentations to showcase product offerings and marketing strategies - Generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns using our CRM tool to enhance customer engagement and sales - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and sales activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Skills and Qualifications: - Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom - Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in promotional products or B2B sales - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building Join our vibrant team where creativity, growth, and customer success are at the core of our culture.
