What you’ll do as an Inside Sales Rep:

  • Be the front-line contact for incoming customer calls and product inquiries
  • Enter customer orders, verify pricing, and track shipments with precision and care
  • Provide fast and accurate quotes and delivery timelines
  • Support Account Managers with client needs and help uncover new business opportunities
  • Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate returns or replacements
  • Maintain detailed records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions
  • Make day-to-day service decisions that keep operations running smoothly

What you bring to the Inside Sales Rep role:

  • 2–4 years of experience in the electrical or lighting supply industry
