Description Position Summary: As an Inside Sales Account Executive at iSpace Environments, you will play a critical role in driving Furniture revenue by managing inbound leads for new and dormant customers and identifying new business opportunities through targeted outreach to historic and inactive accounts. This position focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering customized solutions, and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Lead Generation and Management · Drive lead generation efforts by following up on inbound inquiries and executing outbound calls and targeted email, phone, in-person outreach. · Maintain consistent communication with prospects and ensure internal stakeholders are aligned on pipeline and project status. 2. Sales Pipeline and Client Engagement · Manage and advance sales opportunities within CRM to support a healthy pipeline and accurate sales forecasting. · Research and qualify prospective clients, identify key decision-makers, and develop outreach strategies that drive engagement with iSpace’s solutions. · Reactivate and nurture dormant accounts by identifying new opportunities, engaging key contacts, and tracking activity and outcomes in CRM. · Collaborate with the Marketing department to plan and execute targeted campaigns that engage both active prospects and dormant accounts. 3. Solution Selling & Proposal Development · Conduct solution-focused discovery to understand client needs and translate them into tailored product and service recommendations. · Partner with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively position solutions. 4. Closing Sales & Achieving Targets · Manage opportunities through to close, converting prospects into clients while achieving established quarterly sales goals. · Expand and manage a strong book of business by nurturing client relationships that drive repeat business and long-term success. 5. Support and Collaboration · Assist with showroom visits, sample packages, client presentations, and event planning as needed. 6. Requirements Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university in business or marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years demonstrated success in a deadline driven, customer-experience based business model requiring strong project management skills. · Successful inside sales experience selling to small and medium sized businesses in a given territory · Furniture dealership experience a plus · Must have the ability to make sales presentations to small and large sized groups · Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential along with computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentation, and word processing programs · Prior commercial furniture experience desired. Knowledge of contract furniture lines as well as pricing and discounting. Computer Skills: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Software proficiency - ability to become proficient in others as needed.
