MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in a quota-carrying, direct sales environment

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our team is growing at The RealReal, and we’re seeking experienced salespeople to help drive new consignment business. The Luxury Specialist (LS) - East drives new business by prospecting and closing leads within an assigned territory. If you’re customer-obsessed and self-motivated to “win” in a fully-remote, quota-driven sales environment, this could be the perfect fit!
EAST: Eligible work locations: AL, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV
Please note: The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 9-5.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERYDAY

  • Prospect new opportunities within assigned territory
  • Follow up and close leads generated by marketing team
  • Leverage strong consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors
  • Outreach daily via phone and text (50-100 per day)
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Review contract with consignors
  • Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury
