Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • This role will suit someone who has some phone-based sales or account management experience and sees themselves in a long-term sales career. Our ideal candidate is wanting to develop their customer communication skills from an office-based position, learning to cold call and provide solutions to customers.Additional experience required:
  • B2B, Outbound or Sales experience - essential
  • Sales, contact centre or similar environment
  • Working to targets and/or KPIs (Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback)
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics) desirable
    Demonstrated resilience, adapt to ever changing situations and have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your pipeline effectively.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Actively manage your portfolio of customers, building strong trusted relationships and a deep understanding of your customers business that will enable you to drive increased revenue.Be the key contact for your customer and Coates - liaise across Coates departments to support customer sales, hire life cycle and their general enquiries and feedback
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of Coates products and solutions in order to rigorously sell the right solution to your customers.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewal
