Responsibilities

You’ll be the central hub between clients, estimators, and the project team—guiding orders, quoting jobs, and helping our clients get the right solution at the right time.
Sales & Client Engagement
· Handle inbound/outbound inquiries (email & phone)
· Understand client needs and advise on products
· Prepare and follow up on quotes
Account Management
· Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
· Track interactions via CRM and manage opportunities
· Resolve issues quickly to ensure client satisfaction
Order Execution & Admin
· Coordinate delivery and installation schedules
· Liaise with internal teams on timelines and logistics
· Keep detailed records of communications and activity

· Monitor trends in the commercial construction sector
· Support pricing/estimation team with client insights
