Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish clear goals and performance benchmarks aligned with organizational KPIs.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and provide actionable coaching.
  • Oversee daily operations including call volume management, order processing, and service level adherence.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with field sales, supply chain, pricing, and operations to fulfill client needs.
  • Manage contract renewals, pricing adjustments, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Strategic account growth and retention.
  • Customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
