We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is all about building relationships over the phone—not high-pressure selling. Our products are already trusted and respected; your job is to connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them to the best solutions for their facilities. To succeed, you’ll need to be proactive, consultative, self-managed, and relentless about helping clients choose the best solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Drive sales activity primarily via phone calls, email, and virtual presentations (both inbound and outbound).
  • Manage the customer journey from first contact through closing.
  • Collaborate with the internal customer support team to ensure smooth post-sales follow-up and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow an active database of current and prospective customers, ensuring consistent and timely outreach.
  • Act as a trusted product expert, helping clients identify the best solutions for their needs while introducing complementary options.
  • Partner closely with office furniture dealers to support their projects and expand market opportunities.
  • Own your pipeline, forecasting, and performance against sales goals.
