Our Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and developing positive selling relationships to a variety of customers, including prospective, active, inactive, key/national and new accounts. The Insides Sales Account Manager will be expected to meet monthly sales quotas and must also be customer service focused and driven to meet and exceed sales goals. This position becomes remote after 2 months of on-site training in Troy MI. Applicants must live within the area. Requirements Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions Generate new business through lead generation, outbound calls, and follow-up on inbound inquiries Maintain and update CRM system with accurate account and contact information, sales activities, and pipeline status Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Continuously identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients Salary & Benefits $50,000-$60,000 guaranteed salary plus commission Established sales territory Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401K profit sharing Wellness Program
