We are seeking a successful, confident and social Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role involves managing and growing TP-Link’s existing customer accounts, focusing on building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue through various communication channels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools
  • A good understanding of the industry and the products or services being sold
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, increasing revenue, and selling additional products
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction
  • Follow company sales processes, develop customer sales strategies, and implement account penetration strategies
  • Assist with lead generation efforts and identify potential new business opportunities
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners
  • Track sales performance, analyze account activities, and report on key metrics
  • Occasional provincial/interprovincial travel will be required
