JOB DESCRIPTION

Inside Sales Digital Marketing professionals build on a solid foundation in customer support, digital marketing expertise, and strong technology capabilities to support and guide small & medium businesses in their social media marketing efforts, both maximizing their personal capabilities and helping their businesses grow.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness.
  • Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models.
  • Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email & chat.
  • Speak with decision-makers over the phone to increase the value of their online advertisements through optimization; with an aim to increase customer investment and/or increase the length of time that a customer will maintain their campaign.
  • Help clients optimize what they are already running, reach their advertising goals, optimize their budget by understanding what is working, and offering advice by implementing solutions to help them see improved results and become more confident in using the platform.
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s)
  • Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs.
  • Improve clients’ experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption, including walk throughs of implementation.
  • Be consistent in exceeding your quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling.
  • Understand customers’ business and advertising goals to capture and build market intelligence.
  • Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performance, identify trends and solve problems.
  • Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience.
  • Exhibit curiosity by actively teaching self and others.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales Experience: At least 1-year sales experience.
  • Overall Work Experience: 3 Years Work Experience or 2 Years Work Experience if a graduate of Sales/Marketing Related Courses.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BPO experience preferred.
  • Outbound sales experience.
  • Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
  • Prior quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
  • Interest in expanding industry/vertical knowledge through training and certifications
  • Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform.
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

PREFERRED SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing.
  • Experienced and excellent at building relationships and multi-touch cross/upselling over the course of a relationship.
  • Experience working with customers from North America.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills.
  • Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence, solutions mindset and helping nature.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically multitasking across multiple programs concurrently.
