JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales/Admin professional to join our Coquitlam team. This full-time role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, supporting inside sales operations, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Reporting to the General Manager, the Inside Sales/Admin will handle inbound calls, prepare first invoices, and work closely with the operations team to enhance the customer experience while freeing up outside sales to focus on business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
  • 2-4 years of experience managing sales or admin sales data.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with preference for Office 365.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an inside sales or administrative support role is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on products and services.
  • Prepare and process first invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support inside sales activities, including order entry, quoting, and coordinating with operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth administrative workflows.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service and billing.
  • Assist with general office duties as required to support day-to-day operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently.
