Position Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across Southwind’s family of home service brands. You’ll educate customers, recommend services, book jobs directly into the system, and ensure a seamless experience from first call to service completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and enjoys converting conversations into real results. What You’ll Do Answer inbound calls and manage outbound follow-ups with professionalism and urgency Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate home service solutions Book services directly into scheduling systems with accuracy Provide clear pricing, service options, timelines, and expectations Confirm job details and ensure smooth handoff to Operations teams Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems Follow up with customers to reinforce value and ensure satisfaction Resolve issues, troubleshoot concerns, and escalate when needed Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including: 50 inbound/outbound calls per day 3+ booked services/customers per day $1,000+ in daily booked revenue Why Choose Southwind?
