This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role at BOI Payment Acceptance, located in Dublin with the opportunity for some remote work. The role involves tasks such as managing customer relationships, generating leads, and providing exceptional account management services to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Experience in Account Management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of payment processing and financial services industry
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
