Essential Functions and Principal Accountabilities: Lead and manage the quoting and selling of individual dental and vision insurance through inbound calls. Provide follow up through outbound calls. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating a high level of performance. Report on key performance indicators, providing detailed analysis and insights Provide support to small business sales and service team. Foster an external image that is consistent with corporate values and objectives. Dependability in attendance and punctuality required. Job requires confidentiality with regards to consumer information acquired in carrying out the sales functions for the role. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Required Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related degree or equivalent work experience required. 1+ year related sales experience required, preferably in an inside sales center environment. Proven consultative sales skills and ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. Expert knowledge of dental and vision insurance products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Iowa Health license required or must be attained within 30 days of hire.
