INSIDE SALES AGENT – REAL ESTATE (HIGH LEADS, HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL)

Location: Remote or Office-Based in Vancouver
Client: Real Estate Team BC Condos And Homes Team
Compensation: Commission-Only Until First Closed Deal, Then $2,000/week + 5% Commission - ($150-$500)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven inside sales, call centre, or real estate sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a commission-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working CRM systems and following structured follow-up processes.
  • Real estate experience or license is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads — calling, texting, and emailing to engage prospects, qualify their readiness, and hand them off to our outside sales team.
This is a results-driven role. To ensure we’re investing in top performers, the role starts commission-only. Once you’ve closed your first transaction from a lead you handled, you’ll move into a high-paying base + commission structure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle and follow up with 50+ new leads per day via phone, text, and email.
  • Build rapport quickly and identify prospects ready to buy or sell now.
  • Convert leads into in-person appointments for our outside sales agents.
  • Maintain accurate notes and tracking in our CRM - Follow Up Boss
  • Consistently meet or exceed appointment and deal-closing targets.
