Your voice matters, your growth is prioritized, and your success is celebrated.    Position Summary:    The Inside Sales Analyst is expected to nurture and qualify generated leads from events and digital campaigns across SEA region. The Inside Sales Analyst assists the ANZ Channel Team in reaching out and cascading new promos, new products launch and marketing activities to partners in the market. The ISR works closely with the local ANZ Channel team and Marketing team in developing the channel long tail business and leads qualification. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Vertiv Partner Program & Partner Communications 1. The Inside Sales Analyst is expected to reach out and communicate VIP program to qualified partners. 2. Educate and push current and new products to resellers via emailer or call. 3. Ensure that partners are aware of upcoming product training to sell Vertiv products and solutions. 4. Communicate sales and marketing programs to resellers. 2. Leads Qualification 1. Manage and act on Channel Leads assigned and update leads status in Oracle in a timely manner. 2. Updates leads tracker on progress promptly. 3. Deal Registration 1. Ensure all approved deal registrations are assigned to corresponding Sales Account Managers timely. 2. Raise any issues encountered in Oracle Sales Cloud for quick resolution without affecting the deal registrations. 4. Reports 1. Ensure that weekly report on leads qualifications are updated and communicated within the team 2. Updates the partner database on engaged partners and communicated with the team. Other tasks: 1. MDF administration tasks until automation project is completed.  1. Regularly joins communication meetings and update with the team. 2. Familiarize oneself and abide by the team’s policies and procedures. 3. Other assigned tasks and activities by the immediate superior. Interactions: The Inside Sales Analyst regularly interacts with channel partners, distributors, customers, various stakeholders, and sales and marketing team of Vertiv. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: * Telemarketing (outbound calls) * Engaging phone manner and good listening skills * Excellent verbal communication skills * Good conversational English * Basic Reports Preparation and Data Analysis EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: (Education, special training and years of experience required) * Graduate of any 4 year course and with at least 1-2 years work experience as telemarketing and preferably knows the IT channel business and Australia market. * Outbound Calling experience is required.
