Requirements Your Role: The Designer & Relationship Builder As a Design Consultant, you are the face of our 4,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art showroom. You’ll work with homeowners, interior designers, and high-end builders to curate stunning ceramic, porcelain, glass, and stone solutions. What you’ll do: Design & Consult: Lead clients through the creative process to build functional, aesthetically breathtaking spaces. Own the Project: Manage multiple high-end projects with precision, ensuring every customer receives world-class follow-up. Expand the Network: Actively build your book of business by networking with contractors, house flippers, and architects. Stay Ahead of Trends: Be the expert. Study new launches and visit local competitors to ensure Garden State Tile remains the regional leader. Collaborate: Work alongside a passionate team to smash sales goals and elevate the GST brand. What You Bring to the TEAM: A "concierge" mindset—you go above and beyond for every client. A sharp eye for color, texture, and interior design trends.
