Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Second Shift) + On-Call Availability

Pay: $22.00–$30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

KC Pallets is a fast-growing, family-owned company leading the way in logistics and sustainable pallet distribution. We’re looking for a dedicated Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our Crystal Lake team during second-shift hours and help us maintain operational excellence and strong client relationships.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This hands-on role supports the Logistics Department by coordinating shipments, managing client communications, resolving issues, and ensuring delivery accuracy. You’ll also serve as a resource for logistics staff and support daily order fulfillment in collaboration with warehouse operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in logistics, transportation, inside sales, or customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing
• Reliable and proactive with a team-first attitude
• Must be able to work second shift and respond to on-call needs

• Oversee and ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments
• Act as a liaison between clients, warehouse, and transportation partners
• Respond to escalations and proactively manage client relationships
• Maintain detailed logistics reports and records
• Support the team with real-time communication via phone, email, text, and chat
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve delivery concerns
• Help develop and improve logistics plans and procedures
