Job Title: Inside Sales and Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our contact center operations and inside sales team, while also cultivating and managing key marketing partnerships. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for sales performance, customer engagement, and collaborative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contact center leadership, team development, and strategic marketing alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, contact center management, or sales operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing or collaborating with marketing teams or partnerships.
• Proven success in leading high-performing sales or contact center teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data to drive strategy.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and call center technologies.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and performance metrics (e.g., CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate).
• Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and hold partners accountable.
• Background in industries such as tech, legal services, SaaS, or telecommunications is a plus.
