JOB SUMMARY

Staffmax is hiring- The Inside Sales and Service Rep who will be responsible for generating qualified leads, securing high-value accounts, and driving repeatable, sustainable growth across Canada. This role focuses on developing and executing a systematic process to generate qualified leads and secure new accounts to achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and exceptional communication skills.

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/certificate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Service or Inside Sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

Skills:

  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and follow a systematic process.

Attributes:
