Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team at our ONO Work & Safety Courtenay location. As an Inside Sales & Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include processing customer orders and addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and product availability. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth sales experience for our customers by providing prompt responses, delivering professional customer service, and demonstrating accurate product knowledge.  This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who possesses a positive attitude, a great work ethic, and someone who is looking to excel in a dynamic sales environment. Primary Responsibilities: * Answering phone calls, emails, and helping walk-in customers in a professional manner. * Provide best-in-class customer service and help resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services. * Provide pricing and inventory information to customers. * Process and enter customer orders with detailed specifications into the computer system. * Support Outside Sales Reps in processing quotes, orders, and other requirements. * Help in organizing the showroom, stocking shelves, etc. * Other duties as assigned by the manager.  Qualifications: *  2  to 3 years of customer service experience in the same or similar Industry is a definite asset. * Strong work ethic, with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with high attention to detail. * Strong proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software programs * Highly motivated with a desire to be successful. * Willingness to gain advanced knowledge of Fasteners & Tools products and services. * Self-starter who takes initiative in getting things done. * A team player with a "can-do" attitude.
