Description:
Our client is searching for a Inside Sales and Support Coordinator to join their team. This role includes sales, sales coordination, and administration duties. You will be responsible for supporting the Direct of Sales & Marketing and the team with the administrative duties that will go along with their sales. A successful candidate will be a go-getter that is ready to help with whatever necessary. Below are some key responsibilities and duties that are included with this position:

Responsibilities:
· Lead Qualification: Follow up on leads from marketing or initial outreach, qualify potential customers, and identify opportunities for the outside Horticulture, Retail and Agriculture sales team.
· Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing product information, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that could meet customer needs, aiming to increase sales revenue.
· Sales Outreach and Follow-Up: Conduct outbound calls or emails to prospects, follow up on quotes and completed sales projects, and check in on ongoing opportunities to move them through the sales funnel.
· Support the team with Tradeshow leads follow ups as needed.
2. Sales Coordination
· Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process and track sales orders from start to finish, coordinating with other departments (like shipping and inventory) to ensure timely delivery.
· Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for the sales team and ensure they’re prepared with necessary materials and information.
· Sales Team Support: Provide logistical support to the sales team, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports needed for client and managers meetings or pitches.
· Event Planning and Coordination: Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing with planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, or other customer engagement activities.
· Marketing & Social Media: Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing with preparation, modification and communication with printing contacts.
· Soil Sample Coordination: Track incoming and outgoing soil samples, and ensure invoicing is being processed as needed.
· Shipping & Receiving Support: Provide a centralize contact point for the Shipping and Receiving manager to communicate shipment information to for the sales team.
2. Administrative Duties
· Receive and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
· CRM and Data Entry Management: Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and deals in CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Support the team while they work remotely to ensure all data is captured in the CMR.
· Sales Reports and Analytics: Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing to generate and distribute regular sales performance reports, tracking KPIs, forecasting, and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
· Document Management: Organize and manage sales contracts, dealer agreements, proposals, and other sales documents to ensure easy access and compliance with policies.
· Inventory Coordination: Track stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the availability of promotional materials or product samples.
These responsibilities collectively support the sales team’s overall efficiency, improve the customer experience, and contribute to revenue growth by ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-up, and accurate data management.
